Adare SEC has put plans in place to invest over £400,000 into enhancing its secure business division in Redditch which includes site alterations, improving efficiencies and focussing on key products.

The leading provider of outbound and inbound Secure and Essential Communication Solutions has undergone a huge transformation throughout 2018 – which has included welcoming new CEO Rachael Nevins – as it drives the business forward focussing on innovation, technology and client services.

As part of the communication solution specialist’s growth plans, Adare SEC will be investing the six-figure sum into its Redditch site that is home to Adare SEC’s secure division and specialises in the production of secure tickets, vouchers and cheques, as well as secure digital solutions.

The investment will be used to enhance the Redditch site such as refining operational processes, achieving production efficiencies and improving the site layout.

As the Redditch site looks to focus on security print products, the Kalamazoo Direct division will be streamlined, narrowing the traditional print product portfolio. Whilst these changes will have an impact on a small number of roles within the business, the focus will enable Adare SEC to better serve its clients.

Rachael Nevins, CEO of Adare SEC, said: “The investment is another positive step for Adare SEC during a year which has seen the business transform. The focus is on creating a robust, sustainable business with a real focus on the products and solutions that our clients demand.

“Security print is still an important element of Adare SEC’s offering and our investment underlines this. We are committed to improving efficiencies and we see security print as a core business line within Adare SEC.”
