Red Diamond Executive Headhunters has placed a Procurement Director with an innovative healthcare solutions provider.

Executive headhunter Carol Mosby, who heads up appointments within the health and beauty, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors for Red Diamond, worked with Wakefield-based Toiletry Sales Limited (TSL) Healthcare on the appointment of James Booker.

James joins TSL from Boots, where he spent six years as a senior buying manager in commodities. He has also previously worked as a commodity sourcing manager for Avon and in various roles at Astra Zeneca.

TSL develops, sources, manufactures and sells a high-quality range of self-care and active living solutions, including first aid items, PPE, feminine care, continence care, optical and maternity products. Clients include high street names such as Tesco, Asda, Boots, Waitrose and Superdrug.

CEO Chris Patterson said having the right people in his team was vital to enable the business to achieve its goals within a culture built on real values and effective processes.
